Back in Brazil – Ocean Rodeo 2012 photo shoot

The last weeks have been pretty hectic for me between the launching of the JT pro center in the Grenadines: www.kitesurfgrenadines.com , the new travel series and our trip to Brazil to shoot the brand new 2012 Ocean Rodeo kite and boards.

We flew in to Brazil after having spent a few weeks in France and Norway. We had to carry around 180 Kg of luggage spread out between three boards bags 2 big bags and super heavy hand luggages with all the camera stuff … King of a nightmare but we made it with all the bags to Cumbuco.

We always come back to Cumbuco at this season as it is one of the best place to be for the wind and the lifestyle. We use to spend a little bit more time here but we have to be in the Grenadines for when the JT Pro Center will open so we will be leaving Brazil on the 1st of December.

The 2012 Ocean Rodeo gear is great, I have been riding the boards and kites for the last 5 days shooting pictures for magazines and web use.

I use the Razor and Cypher both great kites for freestyle and all around riding. The new FST tips are working great on the Razor and both graphics of the Razor and Cypher make it some of the best looking kites on the spot.

For the boards, my pro model the JT Pro has got new graphics and one new board in the line up.
The JT pro is now also wakeboard which perform super well !

Check out this post for all the photos of the new toys which will be available for test and rentals at the JT Pro Center.

Love my 2011 8m Razor. It’s been a firm favourite in my Ocean Rodeo past line-up. The 2012 gear sounds much improved but look forward to hearing a bit more about Razor v Cypher before I decide what to fly in 2012.
Good winds and see you both in the Grenadines one day soon!
